6 cups water
Salt to taste
Oil to taste
1 tablespoon butter
1 box raisins
5 tablespoons peas
Carrots to taste
Bell pepper to taste
Onion to taste
Parsley to taste
Green onion to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese to taste
