- Discard the whey from the curdled milk, separating only the cheese mass
- Place the cheese mass in a blender
- Add the reserved milk, margarine, and salt to taste
- Blend all ingredients in the blender for a few minutes, until a homogeneous and creamy consistency is obtained
- Transfer the cream cheese to a jar or container
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to set
