1/2 kg potatoes
1/2 kg carrots
2 large onions
2 ripe red tomatoes
1 bell pepper
Olives to taste
Minced garlic to taste
Chopped cilantro to taste
1 tablespoon tomato paste
Coconut milk to taste
Olive oil to taste
2 cups milk
1 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon butter
1 egg
1/2 cup heavy cream
Nutmeg to taste
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste

Method

  1. Soak the cod for 24 hours while changing the water regularly to remove excess salt
