Preparation method
- Lave bem o rice em water corrente e Drain completamente
- In a pan, Heat o oil em medium heat e Saute a onion chopped e o garlic amassado ate ficarem levemente dourados e aromaticos
- Add o rice lavado e escorrido a panela e Stir for about 1 a 2 minutes, ate que os graos fiquem levemente transparentes
- Este passo ajuda a selar o grao, contribuindo for que fiquem soltinhos
- Pour a water quente na panela, certificando-se de cobrir todo o rice
- Season with salt to taste, misturando delicadamente
- Tampe a panela parcialmente e Cook em low heat for approximately 20 a 25 minutes, ou ate que toda a water tenha sido absorvida e o rice esteja macio e solto
