Ingredients

30 g fresh cheese, cubed
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp oregano
100 g lean ground meat
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt to taste
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 can tomato sauce

Preparation method

  1. Season the cheese cubes with oregano and set aside

  4. Take small portions of the meat mixture, open them in the palm of your hand, and place a seasoned cheese cube in the center

  7. While the meatballs are baking, heat the tomato sauce
