200 g corn flour
2 tablespoons cassava flour
1 can sardines in oil, drained
1 can peas, drained
3 hard-boiled eggs
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro and parsley
10 chopped black olives
5 chopped tomatoes
4 chopped hearts of palm
1 can tomato sauce
250 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
Water and salt to taste for the sauce

Preparation method
- In a saucepan, combine the chopped tomatoes, black olives, chopped hearts of palm, peas, tomato sauce, and shrimp

- Cook the cuscuz in a double boiler over low heat for approximately 20 to 30 minutes, or until firm and cooked through
