Preparation method
- Season the cheese cubes with oregano and set aside
- In a bowl, mix the ground meat, chopped onion, crushed garlic, chopped parsley, and salt
- Gradually add the all-purpose flour, mixing well until you obtain a homogeneous dough with good consistency
- Take small portions of the meat mixture, flatten them in your palm, and place a seasoned cheese cube in the center
