Ingredients

30 g fresh cheese, cubed
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon oregano
100 g lean ground meat
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/2 can tomato sauce

Preparation method

  1. Season the cheese cubes with oregano and set aside

  4. Take small portions of the meat mixture, flatten them in your palm, and place a seasoned cheese cube in the center

  7. While the meatballs are baking, heat the tomato sauce
  8. Serve the meatballs hot, drizzled with the heated tomato sauce
