Preparation method
- Season the chicken fillets with lemon and black pepper
- Place each fillet between two sheets of plastic wrap
- Lightly flatten the fillets with a meat mallet
- Remove the plastic wrap from the fillets
- Place the fillets on a baking sheet
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven
- Pour the tomato sauce over each fillet
- Cover the fillets with the mozzarella cheese slices
- Sprinkle oregano and grated Parmesan cheese over the cheese
- Return to the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted
- Serve immediately
