Preparation method
- Season the chicken breast fillets with lemon and black pepper
- Place each fillet between two sheets of plastic wrap
- Flatten the fillets slightly with a meat mallet

- Return to the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted
- Serve immediately
