1.5 kg cooked and shredded chicken

2 cups (480 ml) milk
2 cubes of bacon or beef stock
1/2 cup cooked and mashed potato
1 tablespoon butter
2.5 cups (300 g) all-purpose flour

Preparation method
- For the filling, heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the minced garlic and chopped onion

- Knead the dough until it's smooth and let it cool slightly
- Open portions of the dough in your hands, place a portion of the filling inside, and shape it into a coxinha form
- Dip each shaped coxinha first in the beaten egg and then in the breadcrumbs
- Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the coxinhas until golden brown on all sides
- Remove the fried coxinhas and drain excess oil on paper towels
