Ingredients

450 g peeled and cooked potatoes
50 g butter
2 egg yolks
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Nutmeg to taste
All-purpose flour for dusting

Preparation method

  1. Peel the potatoes and place them in a pot with water

  5. Mix the butter and egg yolks well into the mashed potatoes
  6. Season with salt, black pepper, and nutmeg, stirring to incorporate the flavors
  7. Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a large round tip
  8. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F)
  9. Grease a baking sheet with butter and dust with all-purpose flour
  10. Pipe rose shapes of potato onto the baking sheet by pressing the piping bag
  11. Start the movement in the center and make a spiral circle to form the rose
  12. Keep some space between each portion on the baking sheet
  13. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the surface is lightly golden
  14. Remove from the oven and serve immediately
