2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 whole egg
2 level tablespoons granulated sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 level tablespoon baking powder
All-purpose wheat flour (as needed until the dough pulls away from hands)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can table cream (heavy cream)
3 egg yolks
3 cups milk
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 boxes fresh strawberries
1 packet strawberry-flavored gelatin

Preparation

  1. Prepare the gelatin according to the package instructions

  4. Place over medium heat and stir constantly until the mixture comes to a boil
  5. Continue stirring without stopping to prevent lumps or burning the bottom of the pan

  12. Spread the custard evenly over the cooled crust
  13. Arrange the sliced strawberries across the top of the custard layer
  14. Cover the tart with the prepared gelatin set to an egg-white consistency
  15. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving
