Ingredients
2 whole eggs
2 cups of milk
1 cup of vegetable oil
10 tablespoons of wheat flour
50 g grated Parmesan cheese
2 cubes of beef bouillon
1 tablespoon of baking powder
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil for sautéing
1 cooked and shredded chicken
1 chopped onion
1/2 kg
1 can of corn, drained
1 can of peas, drained
Salt to taste

Preparation method

- Pour half of the batter into the prepared dish
- Spread the chicken filling over the batter
- Cover the filling with the remaining batter
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the top of the pie
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 30 minutes, or until the pie is golden brown and firm
