Method
- In a bowl, thoroughly mix the eggs with the sugar
- Add the grated Minas cheese to the mixture
- Incorporate the cream cheese and melted butter
- Gradually add the all-purpose flour, mixing gently until you achieve a uniform batter
- Grease the petit gâteau ramekins with butter and dust with all-purpose flour
- Place the prepared ramekins on a baking sheet
- Fill the ramekins with the batter up to slightly more than half their capacity
- Place a cube of guava paste in the center of each one
- Cover with the remaining batter, without filling to the top rim
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 5 minutes
- Carefully remove from the oven
- Unmold immediately and serve with guava and passion fruit purée, if desired
