Preparation method
- Combine the sweetened condensed milk, table cream, and coconut milk in a blender
- Dissolve the unflavored gelatin in 1/2 cup of warm water
- Add the dissolved gelatin to the blender with the other ingredients
- Blend for 5 to 8 minutes until smooth
- Lightly grease a mold with oil
- Pour the mixture into the prepared mold
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm
- To serve, unmold the pudding onto a serving plate
- Serve with canned plums in syrup (ameixas em calda), if desired
