8 eggs
1 liter milk
2 cans condensed milk
400 grams chocolate drink powder
300 grams ground walnuts
3 packages (200 grams each) heavy cream
1 packet unflavored gelatin, dissolved according to package instructions

Preparation

  1. Separate the egg yolks from the whites

  5. Stir continuously until a thick cream is obtained
  6. Remove the pan from the heat
  7. Incorporate the ground walnuts and the heavy cream
  8. Add the dissolved unflavored gelatin
  9. Gently fold in the whipped egg whites until the mixture is homogeneous
  10. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish
  11. Place in the freezer for approximately 2 hours until it reaches a mousse consistency
