Preparation method
- Line the bottom of the pressure cooker with half of the onion slices
- Crumble 1 or 2 beef stock cubes over the onions
- Add the beef cubes on top of the onions
- Season the meat with the remaining beef stock cubes
- Cover the meat with the rest of the onion slices
- Close the pressure cooker and cook over medium heat for approximately 25 minutes after it reaches pressure
- Turn off the heat and wait for the pressure to release naturally
- If you wish to add potatoes, remove the top layer of onions, add the potato slices, close again, and cook for another 10 minutes after it reaches pressure
- Wait for the pressure to release naturally before opening
