2 ripe tomatoes, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 green bell pepper, diced small
1/2 cup white vinegar
Black pepper to taste
Ground cumin to taste
Salt to taste
Olive oil to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese for topping (optional)
