Where to find ingredients
Shrimp: Available at most supermarkets in the seafood section, fish markets, and specialty seafood stores. Fresh or frozen options are common.
Creamy Cheese Spread (Requeijão Cremoso): This is a common Brazilian dairy product. Look for it in the dairy or international foods section of larger supermarkets, or specifically in Latin American or Brazilian specialty stores. Cream cheese can be a substitute if unavailable, though it will alter the flavor slightly.
Table Cream: Available in the dairy section of most supermarkets. Look for heavy cream or cooking cream (often labeled as 'creme de leite' in international sections if you are outside Brazil).
Onion, Garlic, Olive Oil, Salt, Parmesan Cheese: Readily available in the produce, spice, oil, and dairy sections of any supermarket.
