Ingredients
200 g cornmeal
2 tablespoons cassava flour
1 can sardines (in oil, drained)
1 can peas, drained
3 hard-boiled eggs
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro and parsley
10 chopped black olives
5 chopped tomatoes
4 chopped hearts of palm
1 can tomato sauce
250 g shrimp
Water and salt to taste for the sauce

Preparation method

- Cook the cuscuz in a double boiler over low heat for approximately 20 to 30 minutes, or until it is firm and cooked through
