Juice of 2 white limes

5 cloves garlic, minced

2 medium onions, chopped
4 tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and chopped
1 ½ tablespoons paprika
1 box (520 g) tomato sauce with parsley and basil flavor
2 tablespoons powdered beef-flavored seasoning
15 basil leaves, chopped
200 g butter
250 g cream cheese
1 can (400g) table cream
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 bunches cilantro, chopped
2 bunches green onions, chopped

Preparation method

- Add the butter and shrimp to the pot
- Cook over low heat for approximately 30 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Add the cream cheese and stir in the pot for about 10 minutes, until the cream thickens
- If the cream doesn't reach the desired consistency, dissolve the cornstarch in a little of the sauce removed from the pot and add it back to the mixture, cooking for another 3 minutes
- Add the chopped cilantro and green onions
- Two minutes after adding the herbs, turn off the heat and incorporate the table cream
- Gently mix until you achieve a homogeneous cream
