Ingredients
1 cup (240ml) milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup (120ml) oil
Chopped parsley to taste
2 yeast cubes
2 tablespoons sugar
1 dessert spoon salt
1/2 kg (about 2.5 cups) all-purpose flour
1 large chopped onion
1/2 kg (about 5-6 sausages) sliced hot dogs
1 chopped bell pepper
2 chopped tomatoes without seeds
1/2 can (about 100g) tomato sauce
1 cup (240ml) mashed potatoes (optional)
Oregano to taste
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard

Preparation method
- Place the eggs
- parsley
- milk
- oil
- salt
- yeast, and sugar in a blender and blend well
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and gradually incorporate the flour
- Work the dough until it is smooth and no longer sticks to your hands
- Let the dough rest for one hour
- Sauté the onion
- bell pepper, and tomatoes in a pan
- Add the tomato sauce
- mustard, and ketchup to the sautéed vegetables
- Season to taste and mix in the sliced hot dogs to finish the filling
- Line a baking dish with half of the prepared dough
- Spread the mashed potatoes over the dough layer
- Distribute the hot dog filling evenly on top
- Cover with the remaining dough
- Brush an egg yolk over the surface to ensure browning
- Bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature for 40 minutes
