Preparation method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes
- In a blender, beat the eggs, condensed milk, and milk for approximately 3 minutes, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained
- In a flan mold with a central hole, prepare the caramel
- Place the sugar in the mold and heat over low heat, stirring occasionally until melted and a caramel forms
- Spread the caramel throughout the inside of the mold
- Pour the blender mixture into the caramelized mold
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes, or until the flan is golden and firm
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before refrigerating
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight, to firm up well
- To unmold, run a knife around the edges and invert the mold onto a serving plate
