Easy and Delicious Condensed Milk Flan

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 can condensed milk
1 can milk (use the condensed milk can as a measure)
3 tablespoons sugar (for the caramel)

Where to find ingredients

Condensed milk, milk, eggs, and sugar can be found in most grocery stores and supermarkets.

Preparation method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes
  2. In a blender, beat the eggs, condensed milk, and milk for approximately 3 minutes, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained
  3. In a flan mold with a central hole, prepare the caramel
  4. Place the sugar in the mold and heat over low heat, stirring occasionally until melted and a caramel forms
  5. Spread the caramel throughout the inside of the mold
  6. Pour the blender mixture into the caramelized mold
  7. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes, or until the flan is golden and firm
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before refrigerating
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight, to firm up well
  10. To unmold, run a knife around the edges and invert the mold onto a serving plate
