200 g cornmeal
2 tablespoons cassava flour
1 can sardines (in oil, drained)

3 hard-boiled eggs

10 chopped black olives
5 chopped tomatoes
4 chopped palm hearts
1 can tomato sauce
250 g shrimp

Preparation method
- In a saucepan, combine the chopped tomatoes, black olives, chopped palm hearts, peas, tomato sauce, and shrimp

- Steam the cuscuz in a double boiler over low heat for approximately 20 to 30 minutes, or until firm and cooked through
