1 cup milk
2 eggs
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt to taste
300 g ground beef
2 tablespoons chopped or grated onion
1/2 tomato, diced
1/2 can tomato paste
1 box (approx. 200g) heavy cream

400 g sliced mozzarella cheese
Grated cheese to taste

Metodo di preparazione
- In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, and oil
- Gradually add the flour and mix until a creamy batter is obtained
- Season with salt to taste
- Heat a lightly greased non-stick skillet over medium heat
- Pour one ladleful of batter into the hot skillet
- Swirl the skillet to spread the batter evenly
- Cook until the pancake releases from the bottom and flip to brown the other side
- Set aside the cooked pancakes
- In another pan, sauté the chopped onion in a drizzle of oil until golden
- Add the ground beef and cook until the water has evaporated
- Reduce heat, cover the pan, and let it cook for a few minutes
- Add the diced tomato and cover again

- Add the heavy cream to the beef sauce and mix well until smooth
- Return to low heat for 5 minutes

- Roll up the pancakes

- Arrange the filled pancakes in the baking dish
- Cover the pancakes with the remaining sauce
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top
