1 can (395ml) milk (use the sweetened condensed milk can as a measure)
3 tablespoons granulated sugar (for the caramel)

Preparation method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) for 10 minutes
- In a blender, beat the eggs, sweetened condensed milk, and milk for approximately 3 minutes, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained
- In a ring mold (with a central hole), prepare the caramel
- Place the granulated sugar in the mold and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until melted and a caramel is formed
- Spread the caramel all over the inside of the mold
- Pour the blender mixture into the caramelized mold
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes, or until the pudding is golden and firm
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before refrigerating
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight, to set well
- To unmold, run a knife along the sides and invert the mold onto a serving plate
