1 kg boneless, skinless chicken thighs
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup (tea) vinegar
3 bay leaves
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 medium onions, sliced
2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
1 tablespoon oregano
1/2 tablespoon dried red pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 liter chicken broth
1/2 cup (tea) chopped fresh herbs (parsley and chives)
