Preparation method
- In a bowl, thoroughly mix the eggs with the sugar
- Add the grated Minas cheese to the mixture
- Incorporate the cream cheese and melted butter
- Gradually add the all-purpose flour, mixing gently until a uniform batter is obtained
- Butter and flour individual ramekins suitable for petit gâteau
- Place the prepared ramekins on a baking sheet
- Fill the ramekins with the batter, about halfway full
- Place a cube of guava paste in the center of each ramekin
- Cover with the remaining batter, leaving some space at the top
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 5 minutes
- Carefully remove from the oven
- Unmold immediately and serve with guava and passion fruit puree, if desired
