Observations

Feijoada is one of the most emblematic dishes of Brazilian cuisine, a rich and flavorful black bean stew with various meats. This 'light' version adapts the traditional recipe to be lighter, using lean meat cuts and fat-reducing techniques without compromising the characteristic flavor.

It's a great option for those who want to enjoy this Brazilian classic in a healthier way, ideal for a weekend lunch or a comforting meal. The preparation involves desalting the meats and cooking everything together until the perfect consistency is reached.
