Observations

Feijoada is one of the most emblematic dishes of Brazilian cuisine, a rich and flavorful stew of black beans with various meats. This "light" version adapts the traditional recipe to be lighter, using lean meat cuts and techniques that reduce fat content without compromising its characteristic flavor.

It's a great option for those who want to enjoy this Brazilian classic in a healthier way, ideal for a weekend lunch or a comforting meal. The preparation involves desalting the meats and cooking everything together until it reaches the perfect consistency.
