Easy and Delicious Condensed Milk Pudding

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 can condensed milk
1 can milk (use the condensed milk can as a measure)
3 tablespoons sugar (for the syrup)

Preparation method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes
  2. In a blender, beat the eggs, condensed milk, and milk for approximately 3 minutes, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained
  3. In a ring mold, prepare the syrup
  4. Place the sugar in the mold and heat over low heat, stirring occasionally until melted and a caramel is formed
  5. Spread the syrup all over the inside of the mold
  6. Pour the blender mixture into the caramelized mold
  7. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes, or until the pudding is golden and firm
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before refrigerating
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight, to set well
  10. To unmold, run a knife around the edges and invert the mold onto a plate
