Ingredients

300g chicken fillet
Lemon juice to taste
Black pepper to taste
1/2 cup tomato sauce
4 slices mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon oregano
2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese

  1. Season the chicken fillets with lemon and black pepper

  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes
  7. Remove the baking sheet from the oven

  9. Cover the fillets with the mozzarella cheese slices
  10. Sprinkle oregano and grated Parmesan cheese over the cheese
  11. Return to the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted
  12. Serve immediately
