Ingredients

1 kg chicken thighs (skinless and boneless)
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup (100 ml) white vinegar
3 bay leaves
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 medium onions, sliced
2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
1 tablespoon oregano
1/2 tablespoon dried red pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 liter chicken broth
1/2 cup (100 ml) chopped fresh herbs (parsley and chives)
