1 box pineapple-flavored gelatin
2 boxes strawberry-flavored gelatin
2 cups boiling water
2 cups chilled Coca-Cola
1 can light cream cheese (without the whey)

Preparation method
- Prepare the pineapple gelatin by dissolving it in 1 cup of boiling water and set aside
- Prepare the two boxes of strawberry gelatin by dissolving them together in 1 cup of boiling water and set aside
- Place the light cream cheese, the already dissolved pineapple gelatin, and the chilled Coca-Cola in the blender
- Blend all ingredients well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained
- Pour the mixture into a mold (previously rinsed with cold water to make it easier to unmold) or into individual cups
- Refrigerate for approximately 3 hours, or until firm
- Carefully unmold, if necessary, and decorate as desired before serving
