- Combine condensed milk, heavy cream, and coconut milk and blend in a blender
- Dissolve the gelatin in 1/2 cup of warm water and add to the other ingredients
- Let blend for 5 to 8 minutes
- Grease a mold with oil, pour in the ingredients, and refrigerate for 4 hours
- Unmold and serve with black plums in syrup
