Ingredients

3 eggs
1 can (395g) sweetened condensed milk
1 can (395ml) milk (use the sweetened condensed milk can as a measure)
3 tablespoons granulated sugar (for the caramel)

Preparation method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) for 10 minutes
  2. In a blender, beat the eggs, sweetened condensed milk, and milk for approximately 3 minutes, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained
  3. In a ring mold (with a central hole), prepare the caramel
  4. Place the granulated sugar in the mold and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until melted and a caramel is formed
  5. Spread the caramel all over the inside of the mold
  6. Pour the blender mixture into the caramelized mold
  7. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes, or until the pudding is golden and firm
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before refrigerating
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight, to set well
  10. To unmold, run a knife along the sides and invert the mold onto a serving plate
