Preparation method
- Sauté the minced garlic and chopped onion in a drizzle of olive oil in a pot
- Add the washed rice to the pot and toast it for approximately 30 seconds, stirring constantly
- Pour the boiling water into the pot and season with salt to taste
- Lower the heat to the minimum and cook until the water has almost dried up
- Cover the pot and remove it from the heat
- Wait about 20 minutes for the rice to finish cooking in the steam and become fluffy before serving
- If you wish to prepare a larger quantity, simply multiply the ingredients and follow the same steps, especially the water ratio
