Ingredients
2 whole eggs
2 cups of milk
1 cup of vegetable oil
10 tablespoons of wheat flour
50 g grated Parmesan cheese
2 cubes of beef bouillon cubes
1 tablespoon of baking powder
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil for sautéing
1 cooked and shredded chicken
1 chopped onion
1/2 kg
1 can of corn, drained
1 can of peas, drained
Salt to taste

Preparation method
- In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté the onion until translucent
- Add the shredded chicken, corn, peas, and season with salt to taste
- Mix the filling well and set aside
- In the blender, add the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, wheat flour, grated Parmesan cheese, and beef bouillon cubes
- Blend all the batter ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained
- Add the baking powder and gently mix with a spoon or spatula
- Grease a medium baking dish or casserole with oil and sprinkle with wheat flour
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking dish
- Spread the chicken filling over the batter
- Cover the filling with the remaining batter
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella on top of the pie
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 30 minutes, or until the pie is golden brown and firm
