1 bottle cachaça (600 ml)

Where to find ingredients
Cachaça: Available in the liquor section of most supermarkets or specialty liquor stores. Look for brands from Brazil or South America.

Preparation method
- In a large pot, add the sugar, orange rinds, lemon rinds, ginger, cloves, and cinnamon sticks
- Place over medium heat and stir occasionally until the sugar begins to melt and lightly caramelize

- Let the drink cook over medium heat for about 20 to 25 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld
